Bisnis.com, DENPASAR -- PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) memperkuat posisi sebagai salah satu operator bandara terbaik di Asia Pasifik setelah berhasil meraih 22 penghargaan dari Airport Council International.
Dalam acara Customer Experience Global Summit 2019 yang diadakan di Bali pada Rabu (4/9/2019) malam, total terdapat 22 penghargaan Airport Service Quality Award 2018 yang diberikan kepada enam bandara yang dikelola Angkasa Pura (AP) II.
Airport Council International (ACI) merupakan satu-satunya perwakilan global dari otoritas bandara di dunia, yang mengembangkan standar, kebijakan serta pelatihan untuk meningkatkan standar bandara di seluruh dunia.
Penghargaan tersebut diraih setelah melalui proses survei Airport Service Quality (ASQ) yang digelar oleh ACI. Survei tersebut dilakukan terhadap penumpang pesawat di 380 bandara yang ada di 90 negara.
Bandara-bandara Angkasa Pura II yang berhasil meraih penghargaan Airport Service Quality Award 2018 itu adalah:
1. Bandara Sultan Syarif Kasim II – Pekanbaru
- Best Airport by Size and Region (2-5 million passengers in Asia-Pacific)
- Best Environment and Ambience by Size (2-5 million passengers)
- Best Customer Service by Size (2-5 million passengers)
